Recognize Empathy

Recognize empathy. Acknowledge it in yourself and when others are empathetic and compassionate towards you. Realize, you cannot be empathetic to everyone all the time. You will get exhausted and be a shell of the person you actually are. Give yourself space and time to positively expand your world.

Slow down and feel the feelings.

Life is full of penultimate steps, we are just moving too fast to see them. (Long jump analogy!)
