Process – Empathy Decathlon Workbook

The process of creating something for others is messy, laborious, and frustrating at times. While we believe that we pay for the end product, in reality we are paying for someone or group to toil through the iterative process of making a thing for us.

This is where experiences obtain their soul.

This is where thoughts evolve into beautiful forms.

Many are afraid of the process, so they shortcut it. Shortcuts lose vital experiences, edges, and important insights.

This is the start of the #EmpathyDecathlon practice workbook for @theempathylab. My goal; make learning, practicing and supporting empathy enjoyable, different, and ever lasting.
