I voted.

Small things matter. The small things we do add up to big things.

I decided to change all of my social media profiles to a simple, “I voted.” graphic statement. Why? I believe it is extremely important to be counted and if seeing my profile can help encourage others to vote, awesome. It’s our responsibility to speak up on our teams, at our companies, in our families, in our communities, and in our county, state, and country. If we fail to do so, we lose the chance to improve and innovate. If we allow intimidation into ANY of these settings, we actively decrease the positivity of a future we could have.

Technically, I voted last weekend at Agnes Scott College and wrote a short post about it, Today, I voted. Tomorrow, I work and support others, if you are interested.

Feel free to use this for your profile as well.
