My definition of teaching and coaching
Like Brené Brown’s understanding of Power, I believe that the best teachers and coaches are practicing with, versus commanding to those they are serving. While I have lectured and lead workshops at Georgia Tech and Morehouse, my style of coaching and teaching requires less academic rigor and more vulnerable sharing.
