Empathy Lab Post: Wealth of Many Stories

As I continue chatting with people about Empathy Lab and the adventure I am on, I inevitably and excitedly get to listen to some great stories about what people are up to, thinking about, or struggling with. Even if I cannot help them, guide them, or understand their sense of humor, I make it a point to listen as intently as I can. I am both curious about their life’s perspective and I am actively trying to determine how I might be able to bring more people to their audience. Everyone talks about the art of storytelling, but would about the art of story-listening and sharing?
